It also has location, skilled workforce avail, approved Ni/Co export port, readily available water, waste dumps with graded Ni/Co ore avail for processing, already prestripped strip pits avail for use and abundance of land for possible future expansion and further drilling for resource upgrade, proven demo plant for flow chart confirmation and futher sample export, proven Gen 5 Sherritt processing method plant in BFS.
