You might want to improve on your research DD in relation to who used an average Ni and Co price in the BFS. May I remind you that unlike other Cmpanies BFS, this one was assessed by 3rd parties, not Ben or any of the BOD and may I add heavily scrutenized with the JORC.
AUZ will begin production in 2 year, roughly and a startup to nameplate, another 18mths. With macro world demand for NiSo4 and CoSo4 where would you think spot price of both battery grade commodities would be in 2-4 years time.....still at $5lb ni and $12lb co.

Add to this the 2 ANNed assay updates plus pending 30-35km assays due soon and the optimised BFS due in April is looking mighty fine you will find.

Anyway I really hope both Sunrise and Flemington both become brownfeilds in the near future, we have a customer that comes with a huge appetite and might be interested in both Resources.....Wouldn't that be awesome.
