It poses some interesting questions beyond the $25million, as Avanti only gets 40% of wells drilled. Does the agreement provide the right to get 40% of the rest, or will Emerald then attempt to self fund to retain 80%.
I also expect it won't take 60 days, but may take until the results of the first two wells are seen.
We may also see another funding announcement for additional wells given they were in talks with more than one party.
