No. It could have been day one of a visit. Followed by a fancy dinner with some informal talks followed today with some formal talks. Then depends on what is agreed upon a formal document will need to be eyeballed by lawyers and then we may have an Ann. If there is a pre arrangement already done, possible due to existing non binding agreement, and this visit is just a visit and dinner and photo then we may see an Ann very soon.
