The financing is important. There are a few magnetite projects around but how many others have financing in place? GBG has ticked all the boxes. Seems like the environmental stuff is a box that needs to be ticked though.
Presumably a lot of shorting of borrowed stock may have driven the price down and then evaporation of confidence kept it down. In recent times the market has become aware that China is still there and still a buyer of our resources. This has presumably caused people to get a grip and say what the frack and weigh back in.
