My sister in law is currently working from home after having a baby. Her boss called her into the office today and told her that he could not offer her any more work from home and that there were two positions available for her to come back to. Both were crappy positions, she was told if she didnt want either of those two positions he had the number of two employment agencies she could ring and he would give her a good reference.
Prior to going to mat leave she trained a girl to do her job and that girl is still doing it.
So my question would be shouldnt be offered her orginal position back and does she have any grounds for jacking about about the way she has been treated.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
