Mostly to a larger fish that is not on screen just yet (if new) or a hidden one like this means it is to an existing board or representative of a pre-existing substantiative holder entity. Which can only be divulge via an ASX announcement due to an already large holding.
Some still went on the market as not all got taken by the large fish. Good time to do it as good news was being put out...
