No worries Robert. I know I am dumb ass trader just barely able to make sense of the comings and going in this highly complex world of biotechnology and patents. And yet NOX still can't come up with a patentable product. A product that was discovered way back in 2011. A product that was first applied for in July 2015 for IP. Almost three and half year later and still nothing, except a priority date of April 2016....mmmmmm April 2016? Is that not 30 months this Oct 2018......amazing timing and now a national phase is applied for in Oct.....amazing !!! lol what a joke. Their hand is forced by a 30 month deadline, they just mange to make it after their second and final warning and with nothing new at all in the claims and now they claim progress in an ASX . By all means, me being such a novice, it should be easy to correct if I am wrong. Perhaps it is their strategy to sail close to the wind and it is normal practice to have things in just on the last minute. Who knows. But is it crime to point these things out.
