The Santa Rosa run started 2 weeks ago... imo. All 'in the price' now but good to see the award finally officially announced. No reason why a drill cant be fast-tracked as the JVPs have had 8 years to define targets and onshore rigs are readliy available in the area Im told. Rig booking may ignite the SP....imo.
