The new constitution does not seem to have generated any comment.

I wonder (on a cursory reading) whether the scene is being set for subsequent activity.

New classes of shares can be created at directors discretion

Rights attached to share classes may be varied with the agreement of three quarters of the holders

Company rights to sell whatever is deemed to be below a minimum marketable quantity of shares (my comment - sounds like something that would happen after a consolidation of shares)

Management of partly paid shares, and procedures for company management of liens over associated debts. 

Processes for partial off market takeover offers.....and more.

On the other hand, I have heard that drowning people will clutch at straws.

Any thoughts?
