I have some friends and family (in other words - people who will tell me the truth) who are Real Estate Agents who are selling properties now less that they were last year and are taking longer to do so. They are telling their clients they have to be realistic and proprty values have fallen. This includes a wide spread of suburbs. They all know the market in Perth is not looking good at the moment.
