I agree malaga it is fascinating how it has turned out. You can drive 40 kilometres into the middle of a suburban sandpit and there will even be a block of new four story units just sitting there on it’s lonesome. There are whole swathes of the Perth suburban landscape that I would rather be dead than live in. Unless there is a massive immigration intake to Perth I don’t ever see these areas being good investments, let alone places to live. Byford? Baldivis? Caversham? No thanks.
