No. China doesn't recognise dual citizenship so if you obtain another citizenship outside of China you automatically cancel your Chinese citizenship. if you get caught trying to keep dual citizenship they'll treat you as the foreigner citizen and cancel your Chinese citizenship. 99% of Chinese don't care about politics so the reds under the bed caper in Aus is a little far fetched.
