BCC could possibly have the grounds to take legal action against MTC for breaching the terms of their investment as stated on the Deed of Novation, that seems quite clear if you read the deed in my opinion. Why they have kept silent through this fiasco is beyond me.
It seems very likely that this company and it's various shareholders will become embroiled in legal action of some description.
