    I've been red flagging this company on governance for a few months now. This ramp up pre UK announcement should be looked at by ASX. And this 4pm east coast ASX time AGM has had me worried.

    I repeat. I like the product. management and governance needs work. The board needs two NEDs in there fIghting for shareholders IMO.
