    Fair enough. Appreciate the reply.

FWIW, I agree that your perception is not only possible, it  is reasonable and I some with a more negative disposition than less negative dispotsiton, even be probable; at least in relation to believing the worst of people.

That said, would consider this? .... Taking all of the above in to account, we are still yet to move beyond the assumption zone with the idea that; Director’s don’t sell at Critical Junctions. We are not in territories such as likely, certain and categorical to claim it.

You also mentioned “informed people” in your idea with the implication that a company director, whom categocially would have more information than you and I, would likely only sell shares in and around critical junctions of their related business if said junction was not infact, critical - I think this is important because the above statement, while not impossible, not Unreasonable, and not improbable, is still entirely uninformed. And I mean that specifically to the director and transaction nominated.

    What do we know?

    Who are they?

    Role with the business?

    Tenure?

    Age?

    Health?

    Captial Invested to Date?

Are they in profit in relation to BIT?

    Holdings Still held?

    Personal liablities?

    Personal short term goals?

How’d they use shares sale revenue?

What to they know that I don’t?

May the persons in the late 50’s. Always wanted a boat but never afforded them self that happiness. And while their long held (and for the most part, fairly worthily worthless 2c shares) and rocking and rolling up in the decade high 1 / 7th of whole dollar penthouse....Cashed out a chuck of their holdings, still leaving very healthy sized holding and worth of the D word... but now this person has a Boat. And boats are f**ken awesome.

My point is, you could be right. But also... some dude could have just bought a boat. Is not impossible, not

unreasonable, and for those that have a more positive disposition than less positive disposition, it’s not improbable either.

Does a Director selling stock undermine the company’s value? Maybe.... But in the matrix of all the reasons why director may sell shares; “They don’t believe in the business and want to get out at best price” is one reason, but it’s exaclty that.. just one reason.

There are hundreds of possiblities. And a many many many of them would be driven by simply to spend what you got.

    Treat yo’self.
