I would straight up vote him out of the CEO seat if I could. The only thing he brings to the table anymore in my view is he is a CEO that likely would reject a takeover. But beyond that what is his use seriously? He doesn't develop the tech (thats already there).
He saw a vision but at this point the visionary is no longer needed. A real go to market CEO needs to replace him ASAP.
