A shareholder asked about the resolutions to replace the auditor and what were the reasons for replacing the auditor.
The board indicated that a single shareholder had requested that the auditor be changed but did not disclose which shareholder or their reasons for requesting it. Despite being pressed to do so.
Rachel was giving the wind up signal and the chair attempted to close the meeting after this question.
