What if a potential Offtake partner wants a piece of the Argosy pie and Argosy management has to offer them a deal , let's say a sub 20cent issue. Now imagine that people talk (leaky ship) and know that this is more than likely to go ahead. A retrace will inevitably happen close too or around the issue price perhaps. They have already heard what the deal is going to shape up like and have been in the company for a while and are sitting on good profit. They have every intention of buying back in (at the right time
as they are well informed) so are making some good coin (easy money) with their perceived rock solid info???
