    I would use a minimum $40/MWh for costs - the higher prices during 2007 were largely the effects of drought on the coal-fired operators.

    A couple of questions:

    What are the water requirements for UCG?
    Is this a base-load or peak-load proposition (peak load rates acan be double or more)?

    Also would be interested to know what the effects of a carbon price may be.
