Do remember rsah that there are a heck of a lot of shareholders (many in Singapore) that got shares for 2.2 cents and may wish to cash up while they can. Look its all good venting on here, but if you did not bother to go to the AGM then you obviously do not have enough skin in the game to justify a trip. If you do not like BRL and their governance, just sell your holding.For what its worth, this year Toko said they were taping the AGM (putting it on the website when they could) and next year they are going to live stream the AGM. Hope that satisfies another of your questions.
