He holds 5,383,692 shares.
Anyway, It is posted as an announcement (change in Directors Interest). At that time the share price was between $1.650-1.615.
The reason might be that they are buying-back shares at $1.350-1.300. Can you imagine: due to these transactions, each of them would earn $153,750, if the price returned to the price of $1.615.
And we shareholders suffer.
