Yeah, Good reminder of the value of the company.

I tried to reread the APP Report but couldn't while I had my VPN on..... OK once I switched it off.

Be interesting to see how the IER  coal prices/exchange rates compare to APP. At the moment I Expect the IER  to say that the bid is Fair (ouch- fair because the share price has not exceeded the bid price over the last xxx days), but not reasonable because the share price is only worth around half the valuation of the company.  Thoughts.

On another point,

I noticed that for the AGM resolutions (inc dividend payment) we had around 370m votes. (Depending on who did the voting its possible the bid team could have been  up  around 300m votes. Which is more than 75% of the total votes...). Anyone know how to find out whether  a lot of the retail investors did/didn't participate. It could be NB in the final outcome.
