Not at an all time low capital raising - Last year there was two raisings at 1.5c and a further raising at 3.2c. Pretty sure retail wasn’t offered any opportunity in the raisings so it’s nothing new to be wholesale investors only offered the chance. Let’s face it it takes too long with a prospectus etc required if retail is given a look in. Quick wholesale raising and the focus can be on operations again is good in my opinion.
