Either ANS or SDL, they did not tell us the truth. They even did not update us regarding $100 million. Has China's NDRC approved the application of Overseas investment of WAPRC?
Noteholders should not agree for the extension to 31 March 2019, and should cancel the deal with ANS. Let noteholders convert the loans to shares and become controlling shareholders so SDL will be debt free.
