Noteholders should not agree for the extension to 31 March 2019, and should cancel the deal with ANS. As original agreement between SDL and noteholders, it is better that noteholders convert the debts to shares and become controlling shareholders so SDL will be debt free. When SDL is debt-free, it is easy to sell to other investors.

Where is $100 million? Has China's NDRC Shanghai office approved the application for overseas investment lodged by WAPRC?

No update means bad news.
