@AJWarri - well I'll not disagree - but what is the hold up with capital? - the business is weaker than it should be apparently, so are we to believe that haggling over pricing of $45m outweighs the benefits of growth, while the company is likely overmanned? Why haven't they made a deal for part of the capital they need if not all? Obviously the company wants the best possible accounts at the HY, not accounts weakened by "acquisition shrinkage". Best case they have thought of something clever, and want to keep it a secret, but opacity has not worked out well for shareholders.
All IMO or Devils Ad.
