If you have read my previous post over the past few days I was making the point that most investors these days are traders who follow the herd when they can see volume so they can get in and get out hopefully with a quick profit.
NUH was the classic example of this. They came out with an excellent announcement and the market responded with 10 million traded at 12c on the opening. The problem was there was no follow through and those that paid 12c quickly exited at 11c with burnt figures.
The opportunity for a quick buck had misfired. Opening up 50% above its last trade was probably too much and it left itself with no where to go except downwards.
The stock then came under further pressure because word had leaked out that a placement was on the table ready to be announced. Thus creating even more pressure for the share price to be sold down further.
The timing for this placement was poor and management have to take responsibility for that.
The real shame about of all of this is, that the actual announcement became lost in the rapid fire selling. It was a fantastic announcement because it has helped to further validate to the rest of the world that NUH has in fact a very unique product that has been embraced by the U K Govt. Instead the focus was on why the share price was falling and the impending placement.
Investors need to refocus their attention to the fact that it is an endorsement for further deals around the world . We just recently did a deal over in Ireland if I read that announcement right..
In my opinion people are also spending too much time trying to work out how many millions NUH will make from this deal. Who can possibly predict such a thing . The answer is you can't. In a years time we will have a better idea of how our products are being received by the U.K public.
People should now be focusing on what impact this could make for further deals and consider the previous announcements made recently which I believe will only add to their revenue streams .
It's a big world out there and the recent announcements made by NUH suggest to me that they are beginning to make traction on what this company has to offer.

But the reality is the 12 million shares traded at 12c was never going to be a long term hold from those that bought.
It was simply an opportunity for some to make a quick dollar and say thank you. Because as you and myself have previously have pointed out, people are not reading announcements any more. Until that changes you will continue to see the craziness of what we witnessed the other day where the share price can rise by 50% on the back of great news only to fall back below where it last traded the day before.

Well written, this stock is clearly in the dog house for a long time now. Not sure any craziness will play out.
