Yeah true. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the tribe took legal action against Axiom. But are you just making that up? If so, recommend you be careful you don't break HotCopper terms of service with phony, unsubstantiated legal threats.
As for the letter being addressed to Whom It May Concern, I assume its meant for the readers of the newspaper, some of whom would be landowners over ten D and Kol.
I await the glossy photo of RM shaking hands with the D/Kol owners - like he did with SJ owners - before believing Axiom has the required consensus. Surprised no photo was forthcoming.
