The shares sold by the directors was smallfry to their overall holding so I'm not too concerend by that at all. Who knows they may have had some personal debts to pay - all speculation as to why they sold some!
Also they recent share issue and increase by a lot of directors was the dividend re-investment wasn't it? Or are you referring to somethign else?
