    Talk about desperate, why would I want to sell to Abbotsford when I can get $2.88 on market now.

    They are really trying hard, but they need to come up with a better offer..try $3.80 as a minimum.

    This is why since the original $2.70 offer, the shares have not traded near $2.70.
