re: exits amp, hhg, sgb - questions / opinions ? i suspect AMP's share price will fall tomorrow. NAB's dumping will effectively take out most of any takeover premium that remains in the stock.
it also shows a lack of confidence in the future of AMP.
i suspect NAB would have lost money on the sale of their AMP shares but made more from the sale of SGB shares, perhaps providing a net windfall.
i can't imagine another prospective bidder taking the shares off NAB's hands at a premium to the market value.
these are just my thoughts on the matter.
