I think you might be confused as to the location of Redmoor? Unless you are suggesting they do a backwards loop, which doesn't make any sense to me.

Not being rude, but as an engineer you'd know it's about finding solutions to problems - not creating reasons why you can't. All problems can be overcome, it just comes down to $$, approvals and feasibility. Bypass roads can be made, MWF can be expanded etc etc.

It could be that Redmoor stands on it's own with it's own plant and also has a toll arrangements with Drakelands for blending to assist in improving their recoveries?. Who knows, a lot of work to do in feasibility stage to determine all available options going forward... all this info will come to light in due course.
