dma atlas gold royalty and shares

I have just confirmed on the 13th April 2006 DMA entered into an agreement with AGO. Abydos area they received 500,000 shares ( current value over $2m ) plus a 2% royalty on revenues. Todays announcement from AGO says projected revenue of $155m per year which may equate to $3m per year for DMA even half of that $1.5m will put at least a value of $10m for DMA, plus $5.5m cash plus 500,000 AGO shares say $2m . Value of $17.5m without all the other assets and th epotential of finding a 20mt coal resource with Tiaro Coal.

With 50m shares thats a share price in excess of 35c.
