Not if it takes another 12 months to occur.

If they start building in Dec 2018 or Jan 2019....sure that is ok. 

But notice that there are no timelines provided.

There isn't even a prediction that the first build will be in 2019H1. 

For the first time in 3 years here we are discussing selling our shares. We are not significant by any measure. Many here will have more. 

But when I look forward and consider what the share price might be in 12 months.....I don't see it rising much from here.....

I also look at the directors.....they clearly don't have any faith in the share price going up much either.
