I reckon it has something to do with TRY not having the benefit, as other investments do, of returns for investors as in real returns on a regular basis.
Claimed many moons ago was that TRY provided dividends to it's investors for a sustained period rarara - fair enough.
In contrast today the cupboards are bare & the market is well aware in my view.
Comparing smart money based on regular consistent returns I would say the market has a case.
