    Well obviously there is a buyer of substance, otherwise there wouldn't be a market . AZA holds the key to NXS ownership and increases in value as NXS increases in shareprice . But AZA has cash and lots more coming .
    Both NXS and AZA share Japanese interests in their projects .

    The Japanese like them both .
