Regius owned the Ruby leases and they leased them to MUS, Mus shareholders paid to develop them build the plant etc, and paid rent for the privilege, when they were sold the $ went too the owners of the leases CJ and the big C.
This was for warned many months ago prior to the sale.
A sad and sorry disturbing tale.
