He very well might still get those perfermance shares so I wouldn’t count it out just yet..
As Mr Brett said during the QnA regarding performance shares. They may or may not be released.
Next Tranche of performance/contracted bonuses can come out if they register $1 million in sales by February 2019. He pointed out they have not hit that yet and are not following it closely.
Another order of CBD and down payment between now and then will see it hit.
Not fueling either side of it, just saying there’s a 60/40% chance IMO..
