Brannan Island State Recreation Area is a califorian state government reserve, and after all and you cant even drink alcohol on the reserve, i really cant imagine the way a oil company does business in a state recreation reserve. Clean ups of old oil fields in that environment may not be as easy and cheap as one imagines

But you are correct, there remains no vivd confirmation the wells are in production, but this is what SGC is about.

Its their game plan.
I think their plan will work, and I look forward to the constant flow of Updates this coming 12 months.
