imo, too many nebulas Ann's are interpreted and posted as 'done deals' on here...you stated how difficult it is to get a mine off the ground in Tanzania and the SP reflects that and this management's performance to date...VRC 'may' well be first to finance...but they also 'may' not...until finance is achieved the 'jury' is still out on their performance imo...because really...how would you rate management performance if the latter eventuates?...which doesn't leave much to rate them too highly atm does it...
