I was doing some research yesterday into this Direct Digital Performance Marketing Space. There is a NASDAQ listed company by the name of Fluent Inc. It was founded in 2010 by a Ryan Schulke from his garage. (Unless you start from your garage, you have no chance in the US- lol)

This company might be the largest, I think, in this space. It turns over around $280mUS per annum. It actually does not make a huge profit but has a market cap at around $300mUS.

I could be wrong but I think IMS have big plans for Europe!

Could be an interesting ride, given the paltry current market cap of about $8m!!
