Some ground base stations around the airport would do wonders here. Common DRO, jump all over these events and scream at them you have a solution! Heck You're looking at mobile technology for military vehicles, Design a mounted unit for Passenger Aircraft!
I love this tech but until big orders are brought in then this SP will continue to slide.
