Some of the previous well workovers have had capital payback inside a month. The profitability after that really depends on how long they sustain the increased flow rates...but the track records is pretty impressive.
I've spoken with management in the past and believe they very much managed the timing of workovers to maximise exposure to higher gas prices. The very low gas prices in the past explain some of the lack of activity until recently.
