I think it has been mostly accepted on this board and amongst shareholders for a little while now. The news was pretty clearly written between the lines in recent announcements. Many have already sold or reduced holdings based on this interpretation so the extent and duration of any significant fall is really guesswork.

Of course, the agreement included exclusivity as mentioned above so they can't have any agreements with any manufacturers elsewhere yet, though no doubt some informal discussions have taken place.

There is certainly a CAT sized hole in terms of where the strategy sits now. Hopefully FBR are forthcoming in exactly what their future plans are. Very interesting development!
