THATCHER SOAK URANIUM JOINT VENTURE
In September 2006, South Boulder entered into a Uranium JV with Uranex NL (“Uranex”)
(ASX:UNX) whereby Uranex can earn a 65% interest in the uranium rights on P38/3298.
South Boulder retains a 35% free carry to the completion of a bankable feasibility study
(“BFS”) which must be completed within 6 years.

....that itself is worth something. Uranex went the moon onthe U hype 12 months back, and U will make a comeback, energy shortages remain!
