Don't think so - it's clear the Saudis have some seriously deep pockets. In a city where they're trying to develop faster and better than everyone else, they'll be more concerned with speed and effectiveness rather than cost. All FBR will have to do is lower their per sq m. charge for the mass amount of business they'll be getting and that'll be that. WaaS could be the game changer in terms of overall company revenue for us.
