Everyone has completely overstated CAT role in all this all alomg IMO. CAT have contributed absolutely zero, it's just been a holding position on their part to keep others out. Now FBR have called them on it. All these messages on HC about the great CAT brand from experts on CAT manufacturing costs and speculation - when all the while I reckon FBR have had to achieve everything on their own. Do you honestly think FBR are not aware and looked at optIons? Now they can field interest, build themselves etc. Shackles are off and the CAT blockage is gone. Served its purpose of price support until testing done. DYOR.
