GT55, The $40 million is a pittance to what other miners require to get their mines up and running. This money is also raised in a form of a Note, to give us a mine life of 7 years to which will see us well entrenched in this enourmous graphite market and will then use funds and infrastructure that leads into stage 2 which will last at least a further 22 years from the current resource (to which is only the current JORC of only 6% of the tenement area). From all reports the money is done and dusted from various investors from Africa to the U.S. Money cannot be fully secured until the note is finalised anyway, which will happen once the CMSA is ticked off. But the huge interests from all parties suggest that once CMSA is done the Note will follow instantaneously. Not surprising given the market for graphite and favourable economics of the project and only just 40 mil to get the party started.

I feel even more assured and confident from all I have heard from TM. So if I was to sell out at 4c I would be leaving behind a small fortune.. not ramping only going by the facts that I am presented through all research I have conducted. Believe me or not, I could care less. As I always say, best advice is to not take my word for it, to use all forms of information available, doing the research and understanding the market for the product or resource. I understand all this and I am prepared to put my money where my mouth is and will reap the rewards, regardless of what you might think. I have been quite successful in my investments on the market and this was not by selling for a few pips but by doing the research, ignoring the gyrations and not letting others cloud my judgement. I am in this one for stage 2 and beyond.. will easily see 10-15c before we even get to stage 2. Would be a fool to sell at 4c. Hopefully you don't sell yours to early GT55, but what you do or don't means absolutely nought to me. Cheers
