They did not update the status of $100 million whether the China's NDRC Shanghai office has approved or not the application for Outbound investment. This is the most important step otherwise WAPRC will not be able to remit the money from China to Australia. If this is a stumbling block, the deal between SDL and ANS will go nowhere even though the Cameroon Government has agreed to extend the Mbalam convention. They did not want to report it to shareholders regarding the progress of WAPRC's application to NDRC.

Hope noteholders could really see this sign and take over SDL  based on previous agreement sign by SDL and noteholders regarding the conversion of debts to shares.
